What is the journey for someone that is homeless, and is it easy for them to get off the street permanently?

To answer this question, the Service Design Studio (SDS) at the New York Mayor’s Office wanted to understand the journey of individuals that go through and work in this system, to find ways to improve the overall experience.

In this case study, the SDS show how they were able to work with multiple government agencies, to help produce a better journey for both the individual on the street and those that worked in the system.
